Overview
Tachyon Networks TNA-301+302 series is consists of two models that operate in the mmWave / 60GHz band. Both have the same form factor, and only differ in their 60GHz antennas:
- TNA-301: This model has a larger beamforming antenna range, making it the ideal access point option.
- TNA-302: This model has a more focused beamforming antenna range, making it the ideal PtMP client option when paired with the TNA-301. The TNA-302 can also operate as an AP in the event that you need more dense coverage than the TNA-301 provides.
Both support an industry-leading number of clients per sector, use beamforming for easy aiming & installation, and enable multi-gigabit speeds with the 2.5G ethernet port.
An additional 1G passive PoE-out port allows the TNA device to power accessory devices, such as a security camera.
