There is a known web sockets bug in the user interface that causes a sesssion's web sockets to stop working. When this happens, the aiming tool will no longer receive data, the wireless speed test will no longer function, and certain events will not be pushed to the devices.
Until this bug is fixed, an easy work around is to log out of your session and log back in.
